Not worth the money

I downloaded the app for mere sake of simplicity. It had the things I wanted such as wind speed wave height and seconds between swells. Upon paying 5 dollars i quickly found out app is only updated once an hour and doesnt show real time info if any info at all for the buoy you select. Upon speaking with customer service they stated and quote "Unfortunately most of the buoys in the Chesapeake area are older models that dont have all the necessary physical sensors available. Most people in that area just use data from multiple buoys to estimate the conditions for the areas they care about. I have requested the NDBC/NOAA to add more buoys to this area but it is not a priority for them". Support did seem interested in making the app better however for 5 bucks they should of addressed that prior to launching the app. This may be better in other areas that have updated sensors per-sae however I would not spend five dollars again
